I am a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at a university in Bath. She holds MSc in eTourism, Ph.D. in Management, and Post Graduate Certificate in Education. I am a Fellow of Higher Education, a member of the British Academy of Management, and an active member of the editorial board for a number of international academic journals. I am also an External Examiner for another British university.

Experience: I have been teaching in higher education since 2013. In my current academic role, I teach undergraduate business and management courses (including Business Environment, Organisational Behaviours, Human Resource Management, Tourism Management, and Destination Management) and supervises student dissertations at the levels of undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. My academic expertise lies in the areas of the application of technology in marketing, management learning and development, and tourism management. I have published my work in internationally outstanding academic journals and presented my research in international conferences in the UK, America, Ireland, and other European countries.
