Hi, I’m Ashika, a medical student at the University of Southampton!

I teach GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Maths and A-Level Biology, and Chemistry. I am especially familiar with the A-Level curriculum and specifications: Eduqas (WJEC) Biology, OCR A Chemistry and MEI OCR B Maths, having done them myself.

I also offer support to any prospective medical students on their journey to apply for Medicine. This includes UCAT tutoring, personal statement help and practicing interview skills.

I`m a patient, organised tutor passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. I tailor each lesson to the individual, making learning both enjoyable and effective.

Having recently gone through the process myself, I understand the pressures of exams and applying for medicine. With the right support and personalised guidance, I aim to boost your confidence and equip you with the tools for success.

- One year of formal tutoring experience
- Recent completion of A-Level exams so very familiar with specifications and can appreciate difficulties students may be experiencing
- Tutoring other A-level students in workshops at college as well as regular volunteering teaching primary and secondary school children
