My references state that I have good interpersonal skills, I have high standards and work hard. Most of all I enjoy bringing out the best in a student - especially through close monitoring, encouragement and positive feedback. Having been in Africa over the last year I have worked for Plan International and for the Anglican Children`s programme - introducing literacy and arts schemes and teaching teachers.

I enjoy teaching individuals and small groups. My specialist areas are GCSE history and English, 11+ tuition, and Prep school and Senior school entrance tests.

Experience:
I tutor Key stage 2,3 GCSE and A Level especially in English, History and Prep school maths as well as TESOL and ESL and SEN.
I have 12 years experience teaching Art and Design (Fine Art, painting and sculpture), Graphic Design and photography alongside History of art and extra English at all levels. Most of my pupils at A level go on to full time study at Red Brick Universities as well as art and architecture colleges.

Currently I work full-time at Kings School Rochester doing extra tuition for English and Essay writing. I am also studying for an MA in History of Art and Architecture. I tutor individuals at home both junior and senior level.
