I am a recent graduate in Biochemistry, who is hoping to pursue a PhD. I have been tutoring for 2 years, in a range of subjects including science and maths. I have a varied, friendly and enthusiastic approach to teaching, and I understand that every child is unique and will respond to different teaching styles to which I can adapt easily. I have high A level grades in sciences and maths (A* chemistry, A biology, A physics, A in As level maths) and am available to tutor from Key Stage 1 to A level standard in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths.
Availability: I am available Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, as well as all hours on weekends.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have spent the last 24 months tutoring children between the ages of 5 and 13, in a range of subjects including Maths, Science and French.
Whilst at university and high school I was a mentor for pupils in the years below me, offering support academically and with other aspects of education and school life.
