I am a mobile home tutor of Maths for key stages 2,3 and GCSE. I tutor for A Levels and I also teach adult learners maths skills too. I am fully trained with special educational needs as well. I have a BA Honours degree in languages along with a PGCE in languages too. I have taught GCSE mathematics for many years. I hold a DBS certificate. My hours are very flexible and I am willing to travel to your home. I hold a full UK driving license.
Availability: Weekday evenings 5.oopm on wards

Experience: I am an experienced secondary school teacher of Maths. I teach in a special needs school in Wokingham and have been there for11 years. I have tutored all ability students with different backgrounds. I have tutored especially KS2 students preparing them for SATS and KS4 GCSE Maths, French as well as KS3 Maths. Furthermore, I have been tutoring for 13 years and have had excellent exam results.

Janet worked with my daughter for about 5 months leading up to her GCSE examinations. In that short period, Janet turned around my daughter`s confidence in Maths and ultimately she passed her exams. I can say that in all honesty, without Janet`s help, my daughter will likely have failed. I observed very closely how patient Janet was with my daughter, while her ability to identify and improve my daughter`s areas of weakness was absolutely brilliant. I`ll be hiring Janet to help my year 8 daughter and ensure she stays ahead of the curve in Maths.

Janet was an excellent tutor on so many levels, and she helped my son pass his maths resit (GCSE) with ease, after he was really struggling. Janet was a wonderful, knowledgeable and dedicated tutor. Her caring and gentle manner put my son at ease, and her flexibility with lessons helped us plan our schedule. She tailored the approach to meet my son`s needs and was quick to put a plan to ensure he succeeded, and it worked. I would highly recommend Janet to all teach children of various abilities.

Janet is very down to earth and has a relaxed, easy going approach to the session which really works for my daughter. Her maths is improving and she`s feeling more confident, even after a couple of sessions.
