Information about Rebecca
I am a graduate of the University of Oxford and have an MA in Literature from the University of Amsterdam. I have a variety of teaching experience, from working as an EFL tutor in South Korea, to substitute teaching an undergraduate Literature class at the University of Amsterdam.
I am patient and punctual, and strive to ensure that my students achieve their best, with a fuller understanding of the subject. I am also a writer, and bring creativity to my lessons and a wealth of further reading recommendations.
I recently moved back to the UK from the Netherlands. I worked at an International Creative Agency in Amsterdam, providing Native copyediting and proofreading for clients and colleagues. Living abroad, and studying Dutch, gave me an appreciation for different teaching methods and how to adapt to individual ways of working to get the best results.
