Information about Beki
I am a qualified maths teacher and have taught maths for the last fourteen years. I am a friendly teacher, experienced in helping students build their confidence in maths as well a prepare for important exams, both within schools and on a one to one basis. I am fully up to date with the GCSE and A Level curriculum and believe in designing my lessons to cater for each individual. I have different activities available to suit each learner`s needs and style of learning.
Availability: Monday-Friday
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I taught KS3, GCSE and A Level Maths in secondary schools for four years. For the last eight years I have worked individually with KS2, KS3, GCSE, A Level and degree students at all levels on a one to one basis. I have taught both face to face and online.

Beki has been a brilliant tutor for my daughter for Maths (Higher) GCSE. She has a great ability to explain things in a way that my daughter was able to understand. She is very knowledgeable and well prepared. Beki set and marked work every week – including numerous practice exam papers. She also provided e-mail support outside of lessons. My daughter had missed a lot of schoolwork and was expected to take the Foundation Maths paper. She made so much progress with Beki that she sat the Higher Maths GCSE. Beki was also very flexible in terms of extra lessons just before the exams. We would like a to say a huge thank you to Beki and would thoroughly recommend her.

Our daughter in year 10 is very positive about her lessons with Beki. She finds them very useful. Beki is patient and supportive and explains the topics in a clear way. She is flexible and provides work which fits into topics being studies at school.

Great support and accommodated lessons for my son during his final GCSE year and worked through topics that he struggled on with useful revision for his assessments. Would recommend.
