Hi! I am Heidi, a nutrition scientist, food legal expert and German native speaker. My qualifications include two master`s degrees. As reflected by my academic history - through humanities-focused grammar school (including Latin and Ancient Greek) and degrees centred on natural sciences (chemistry, biology, nutrition, physiology,...) as well as marketing and other disciplines - I am educated and enthusiastic about a wide range of subjects. In my free time, I am a keen archer, photographer, musician, writer and reader.

Availability: My job as a freelance regulatory specialist for food legislation allows me to teach whenever my clients need me to. Generally, I am available at any time between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week.

Experience: I have mentored students on a variety of subjects, both in a professional environment and at home.
