I am a highly experienced and supportive A Level Biology teacher with 20 year’s experience as an AQA examiner. I have a track record of helping students of all abilities to fulfil their potential. My class results were high achieving, with many of my students progressing onto competitive universities and courses including Oxbridge and Medicine.
Availability: Monday - Friday (All day)
Some weekend availability

Experience: I have taught AS and A2 Biology for 25 years, including 10 years as Head of Maths & Science and Science quality manager. I now deliver A level Biology revision conferences, Biology teacher training courses and private tuition.

We found Mike to give my daughter more confidence with her Biology A level course. It was the best decision we made. Mike was knowledgeable, thorough and gave my daughter targeted support in the areas she needed with additional homework and resources. His role as an examiner who delivers teacher workshops means he is very knowledgeable about how to maximise marks. My daughter was predicted a B and she got an A*. While this was also down to her hard work the support from Mike was invaluable. I highly recommend him as a tutor.
