Ex-Maths teacher with 8 years of experience. I excel in breaking down complicated concepts into easily digestible chunks. All my students that I have had weekly for over 6 months have at least went up a grade.
I specialise in teaching reasoning behind problems/methods, using exam technique to decipher tricky questions and knowing what core skills your child is missing to unlock their full potential.
I have also helped adult learners learn key maths skills to further their career or to help understand/write about the statistic part of their MBAs etc.

David is great with my 11 year old. My son is quite hyper and struggles with concentration, however David is very good at keeping him engaged. My son never doesn’t want to do his lesson which I think is a credit to David. He’s always very willing to do his lesson. His maths has definitely improved at school with good test results. I’m very happy with David and would 100% recommend.

David has been a great help to my daughter as she is a slow learner. His approach helped her gain confidence in herself and helped her with the fear of Maths. I would definitely recommend David to my friends’ kids!
