I am a highly motivated native English-speaking CELTA level 5 and PTLLS level 4 qualified teacher of English as a foreign language with experience of teaching small children, teenagers and adults of all levels from basic to advanced. I am experienced in teaching and preparing students for the A level Biology, GCSE English, FCE, IELTS, TOEFL and GRE exams.

I graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc Honours Degree (2ii) in Biological Sciences which included Chemistry and Mathematics during the first year, and I gained a BTEC level 3 distinction in Industrial Chemistry, BTEC level 3 merits in Chemistry, Chemical Laboratory Techniques, Physics and Electronics and BTEC level 2 merits in Mathematics with Statistics, General Studies and Communications.

I have taught Biology and Earth Sciences at Hinkson Academy, Moscow and Biology, Chemistry and Physics with Carfax Education and the Native Speakers Club in Moscow. Before teaching, I had worked in several different laboratories associated with Microbiology and Electron Microscopy.

I had been teaching in Moscow for 8 years, but due to restrictions associated with the Covid 19 pandemic, I am currently working online in England.

I am dedicated, flexible and meticulous with well-developed inter-personal skills. I have worked freelance for Carfax Education, Hinkson Academy, Tom`s House, Denis` School, Native Speakers Club and the English Lingua Centre in Moscow, Joyful English in Bashkortistan, Russia, The Varibrus Foreign Language Center, Mytishchi, Russia, The AAA School, Domodedovo, Russia, Manor Courses, Brighton and at the College of International Education, Oxford, as well as through private tutoring.
