I am a an energetic and committed fitness tutor with 5 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I am passionate about helping others and educating future generations to achieve their full potential.
I have a MSc in Dance Science and BA in Dance and extensive knowledge in various dance techniques and genres.

Experience: Working as a fitness tutor I am able to deliver lecture based sessions, as well as in gym-based environments, guiding adult learners through anatomy and physiology, interpersonal skills, coaching styles and communication.
As a personal trainer and sports performance coach, I have extensive knowledge in mobility and flexibility, programming and advanced training modalities.
I am a qualified Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching tutor and have Active IQ Level 3 Personal Training and Level 2 Gym Instructor qualifications.
