review(s) for Kim.
Excellent approach with my daughter though unfortunately we were unable to continue due to personal reasons.
I would sincerely recommend Kim to anyone looking to see any improvement in their language studies. Kim tutored my son, Kieran for roughly 5 months, aiding him in his A Level German studies and I cant express how large the transformation was. We sought the help of Kim following a disappointing result in Kierans mock exams, when he attained a grade D in German, especially since he needed a B to go to his chosen university. Kims friendly and welcoming manner made Kieran feel at ease and he genuinely enjoyed going to Kim each week. Every week, Kims lessons were fully planned and she always had extra work on hand for Kieran to take away if he either struggled with something or for further practice. If Kieran wrote an essay, Kim would always thoroughly mark it and work through any mistakes which had been made and would always base the lessons around what Kieran needed. Throughout the 5 months, Kim covered a huge wealth of German whether it was reading, writing, listening or practice for the oral exam. In terms of value for money, Kim is worth every pound as the work which she put in, as well as the results which come as a result are incredible. We are so glad that we chose Kim to be Kierans tutor and would recommend her highly.
Kim is an excellent tutor - patient, professional, and highly organised. She has been helping my son through GCSE French and German and his ability and confidence have grown massively. Thanks to her tuition, he has gone from a looking at a middling B to being confident of achieving A*. Highly recommended.
Kim! Always prepared, lesson organized from the first minute to the last one, but also ready to do something else when you need it. It is always pleasure to see her fun as well.
I have only had one lesson with Kim so far but can confirm that she is professional and patient, which is exactly what I was looking for. Having tried for two years to find a local tutor, I am very pleased to have found Kim (Mrs) whom I would recommend to anyone.
My daughter has been tutored by Kim over the past year in GCSE French, during which time she has made great progress. She has a lovely teaching style, and has given my daughter confidence especially with French speaking.
Kim is very friendly and extremely organised. She plans every session meticulously, tailoring the subject matter to my interests and providing challenging but encouraging work with plenty of feedback and support.
Kim is a wonderful tutor and I would highly recommend her. My son is sitting his German GCSE this year and in the 6 months that Kim has been working with him, his grades have improved considerably, his confidence has grown in both his written and oral German and he really enjoys the lessons with her. She is very organised, her lessons are well prepared with plenty of resources, she is reliable, friendly and she always provides lots of encouragement and helpful advice.
Kim is an excellent Tutor. She is punctual, well prepared and provides stimulating education with patience and encouraging attention to detail. She is a very experienced Tutor and my lessons with her have resulted in marked improvemnt in my German speech and knowledge. The lessons were a complete pleasure. Roger Waitt
Kim was excellent at boosting my daughters confidence in preparation for A level speaking exam. She always did comprehensive research to assist in topics discussed making each session productive and a solid stepping stone to exam. She was exceptionally reliable and accommodating throughout and I would thoroughly recommend her.
Kim is a very engaging teacher, always prepares lessons in advanced and keeps to a pace that’s right for me. I am very happy with my progress so far and would highly recommend her. Everyone leans in different ways and I feel she has adapted to my way of learning which is keeping me motivated and helping me not just to learn the language but to also understand it.
Kim is extremely efficient and prepares lessons well in advance. She is engaging, knowledgable and enthusiastic and I am enjoying being taught by her.
