Information about Rosalina
I have twenty years of experience as a teacher and tutor of English language and literature at Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-Level. I am passionate about the subject and was head of English language A-Level in a school for several years. I have also worked as a teacher trainer, mentoring and supporting people on their teacher-training journey. I have been an English examiner for over fifteen years and am passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. I am also a trained actor and use my acting experience to help students develop their communication skills, their understanding of Shakespeare and modern drama and speech writing.
Availability: I have some availability in the morning and afternoons. Please note, I am currently teaching online lessons only.

I waited until I received my daughter`s exam results before providing feedback. Although it appeared like Rosalina was providing great tuition from the feedback I was receiving from my daughter, the proof in my opinion is always in the pudding. In August, we received my daughter`s English GCSE exam retake results. My daughter was retaking because she unhappy with the result she received in her first try which was a grade 4. Her retake grade was an 8, and only a few marks from a 9. She jumped 4 grades! My daughter would not have achieved this without Rosalina`s help. A big thank you Rosalina for all your support and encouragement. You helped build her confidence in a subject she hated, and now she tolerates :-)

Rosalia has been an excellent tutor for our son on both English Language and English Literature, preparing him for his GCSE exams. She helped him understand the questions and how best to answer them. My son enjoyed the sessions as he got on well with her, and really valued her help in practicing past papers. We’d thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a tutor.
