I am a fully qualified Head of Sociology who has been teaching for 20 years. I love my subject and am passionate about seeing my pupils fulfill their full potential in Sociology. I have a track record of great A-Level results. Tutoring allows me to support students who wish to achieve their desired target grade. These one-to-one sessions can build, not only knowledge of the subject, but confidence to apply that knowledge to the exam. I am able to offer tutoring both at GCSE and A-Level. I am fully DBS checked.

Availability: I am available after school between 4-7pm Tuesday-Thursday or Saturday mornings.

Experience: I have a 2:1 BA Joint Honours Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Liverpool University. I have a PGCE from London Metropolitan University. I have been teaching for 20 years. I am a current Head of Sociology in a large secondary school. I have also been a 6th form tutor for the last 8 years supporting pupils through their UCAS applications.
