Hello, my name`s Sharfraz. I`m a 4th year medical student studying in London and I`m passionate about teaching. Becoming a doctor is not just about helping to treat people, we also do our best to help each other as medical students and healthcare professionals to understand more about health as a community. We help each other to help others.

That`s why I decided to start tutoring, so I could develop my teaching skills further to help me in my career and to give back to those whose position I was once in, aspiring to one day make a positive impact on the world around them.

As your tutor, your understanding of what we learn in a lesson is my priority. So don`t worry if you find that you don`t understand something straight away, I will try my best to explain things to you in a way that you can understand and we can work through things at a pace that you are most comfortable with. I look forward to working with you!

Availability: I am currently on a break from studies so I`m available every day of the week from 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM, apart from Mondays where I am only free from 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Experience: I have 2 years experience as a GCSE maths, chemistry and biology tutor

During my time at medical school, I have also taught and examined lower year medical students during practice clinical exams (patient-simulated exams that we do each year to test our patient contact skills and clinical assessment knowledge)

I have also presented in front of roughly 100 sixth formers who were aspiring medics on how to tackle med school interviews. I then interviewed many of them during practice interviews and offered feedback on how to improve
