Information about Annie

Just been accepted on the `outstanding` ARK teacher training course.
Working as a Co teacher for almost 2 years.
I have a First class honours degree (Bachelor of Arts) and have a creative approach to teaching.
Extremely passionate about all children having an equal opportunity to learn and reach their full potential. Also believe it`s so important for each child to have a positive outlook towards learning.

Availability: Week day evenings between 5pm-7pm

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I began working as a volunteer at The Promise Foundation. My role required me to mentor students who were experiencing stress or anxiety.
My role as SEN one to one support has taught me the importance of building a rapport with children and using my creative skills to overcome challenges. This was also implemented when I took on extra responsibilities by planning and leading the Cooking and Lego therapy sessions for the children on the Autistic spectrum.
I also participated in a variation of extra-curricular activities. I ran the KS2 after school Fashion club and had the opportunity to plan and lead the KS1 Art lessons for a term. My current role includes taking daily maths and english interventions, covering classes and leading outdoor learning lessons.
