Hi I`m Helen
I`m an experienced Lead Practitioner and former Head of Maths in two schools. As an outstanding teacher, I am adept at making maths accessible to students of all abilities by finding appropriate ways to explain key areas of maths which many students find challenging.
As a current teacher teacher of maths, I have a full understanding of the National Curriculum and the requirements of GCSE. My students find me very approachable and are always appreciative of the lengths info to in order to raise both their confidence and ability in maths.
I am a former Head of a very successful maths department in Southampton and now coach other teachers within my school to improve their practice. I have a proven track record of outstanding teaching, leading to excellent progress in maths.
I am available most weekdays from 4pm, evenings and Saturday mornings. I am happy to discuss your individual needs to see how I can best help you to achieve success in maths. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
