I am a native of India from the state of Punjab who has been living in U.K for over 40 years. I am fluent in three languages i.e Hindi, English and Punjabi. I specialise in teaching conversational Hindi and Punjabi and have well over a decade of experience in doing so. Since I teach the conversational part of the language (which involves listening, understanding, conversing, group discussion,vocabulary building,grammar, pronunciation,sentence structure and various other aspects of effective communication) it is an interesting way of teaching and learning because I teach through talking.

I have a holistic approach to teaching which I have gained from years of experience in teaching my students alongside having completed a Level 3 Life Coaching course. This helps me to identify my students objectives, motivations and preferred learning style. I have consistently recieved feedback from my students that my lessons are interesting, engaging and that they learn a lot. I take a great deal of pride in my work. I understand that each student is different so am flexible in my approach to teaching as all my lessons are tailor made according to the individual needs of my students.

I offer one to one teaching and teaching in a group. I have extensive experience in both online teaching and face to face teaching so I am best placed to support people who like to learn in the comfort of their own home and those who want face to face teaching.

My students are located all over the world and in lessons my goal is to enhance their strengths and work on their weaknesses.

I appreciate that the language learning journey does not stop after our lessons and so I offer 24/7 support through email. If you have a question you do not need to wait till your next session. I am always happy to help you.

My experience in teaching ranges from high school students to adults. I have over 2000 hours of teaching experience. I`m experienced in teaching professionals(actors, dentists, doctors, retired and semi retired people and lots more)
I have done workshops in primary schools about India, Indian languages, Indian culture, Indian festivals, Indian food and lots more.
I have also done voluntary work in a UK middle school.
