I am a fully qualified primary school teacher (PGCE), most recently teaching a Year 3 class in Havering. I am offering tuition for Phonics, English and Maths at primary school level as well as supporting children in the lead up to SATs and 11+ entrance exams. I am also available to assist children with their home learning while schools are closed.
I am currently offering remote tuition. This is subject to change according to COVID guidance.
I am offering support for:
Phonics and Early reading
English reading
English writing
English grammar, punctuation and spelling
Maths arithmetic
Maths problem solving and reasoning
SATs preparation
11+ exam preparation
Remote learning (reduced rate if only assisting with work set by your child`s school)

Availability: I am currently available to tutor Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Experience: After completing a degree in Psychology, I decided to go into teaching as I love working with and educating children. I have been a qualified primary school teacher for three years and I am currently working as a supply teacher and private tutor. My most recent teaching position was in a year 3 class in Havering. I have also been responsible for leading the following subjects: Science, Music and Primary Languages. My greatest strength as a teacher is knowing my children well and tailoring their learning experiences to their individual needs and interests.
