I have a BSc in Mathematics and I trained as an actuary. I am passionate about Maths and, after a successful career in insurance management, I am keen to help students understand and appreciate Maths. I enjoy surf quizzing with Countdown and Only Connect; and I am a devoted solver of crosswords, Kakuro, Wordle & Octordle.

Experience: * I am currently employed as a GCSE and FS Maths teacher.
* I have, to date, completed more than 45 tutoring blocks across 9 schools for the National Tutoring Program. I have tutored students with ages ranging from 7-16.
* I am experienced at online tutoring (Bramble, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and face-to-face.
* I have tutored face-to-face in schools and privately.
* I have been a Maths volunteer at 2 schools in Bury St Edmunds.
