I am passionate about sign language (BSL) and enjoy teaching and supporting students to learn and develop their own skills in the language. I am Deaf and my first language is BSL. I currently teach up level 3 and will be soon teaching level 6.
I am a very flexible and easy going person and love bringing in humour to my lessons.
Availability: At varying times throughout the day and evening
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have been teaching British sign language for over 20 years and I currently teach level 1, 2 ,3 and 6. I am an A1 Assessor and well as a Deaf Awareness Tutor. I work with adults and children in education and in the community. I work in corporate settings offering sign language and Deaf awareness.

Ian is a fabulous tutor he makes learning fun. His knowledge of the curriculum is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring help with this subject. He make you feel at ease and able to asks questions no matter how trivial they may seem. 👍;;
