Hi, I’m Aidin—a professional tutor and academic coach with over fifteen years of experience, as well as a doctor, scientist, and engineer. My background in medicine, chemistry, and engineering has given me a deep understanding of how people learn, but my true passion lies in helping students develop the skills and mindset to succeed independently. This was recognised nationally and led to the top 10 shortlisted for a National Tutor of the Year award in 2025.

I believe that learning isn’t the challenge—it’s finding the right approach. I don’t just teach subjects—I coach students on how to learn effectively, ensuring they build confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that extend far beyond the classroom. My approach blends academic coaching, Socratic questioning, and personalised mentoring, allowing students to develop lifelong learning skills rather than just preparing for the next exam.

However my coaching goes beyond academics—it extends into life coaching too. I encourage students to think bigger, helping them build confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills that apply to all areas of life.

Availability: I am flexible and accommodating and do my best to match your requirements. I mostly teach online, although I may be able to accommodate face to face tuition with prior arrangement and discussion.
