I have been tutor of a year 13 registration form. I interviewed students, checked their personal statements and followed their UCAS application, including for Oxbridge.
I run extra year 12 and 13 revision sessions for mock exams.

My tutoring style involves delivering tailored lessons to meet the specific needs of students. I emphasise questioning and dialogue as foundation of teaching.
Where appropriate, I also focus on promoting independence through self-assessment, using exams markschemes.

I can quickly build a rapport of trust with the student - in a patient, friendly and professional manner.
At the same time, I am aware that science is an art of attention and, when suitable, I can be extremely severe and exigent.

Native Italian speaker; fluent in English and French, also offers conversational French and Italian for children and adults.
