I am a Chartered Actuary, and secondary Maths and Statistics teacher. I worked in the data analytics industry for over 6 years, so I have a deep understanding of Maths and experience applying it across a range of domains. I aim to use my unique perspective to bring Maths to life for my pupils, so they are motivated to recognise the mathematical patterns that permeate the world around them.

My teaching style is routed in educational theory, and adapted to the needs and aspirations of my students. I believe that students achieve the best outcomes when they are motivated and curious to learn.

Experience: I hold my PGCE Secondary Maths with QTS from the University of Roehampton. I currently teach Maths and Statistics at a secondary school in London, across KS3, GCSE and A-level.

In addition, I have tutored for over 12 years, covering a range of subjects for 50+ students aged 11-19. Some of my students have seen improvements in their grades by over 30%, and I`ve successfully supported multiple students in securing places at their chosen universities.
During my time in industry, I was the director of the graduate recruitment and induction program for my region for 2 years. I`ve since used this experience to successfully coach multiple young graduates in interview preparation , and drafting personal statements for their entry into university or into the corporate world.
