I am a young yet experienced Biology and Chemistry tutor. Science has been my passion since childhood and I believe in the importance of educating the scientists of tomorrow. So far in my educational career, I have completed a BSc (Hons) in Molecular biology and genetics, an MSc by research in Biotechnology and I am currently studying for a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Sussex. I have several years of experience working with children and young adults in both academic and recreational settings which has helped me develop a unique approach to ensuring optimal student engagement with their learning.

Experience: As well as studying for my PhD, I am currently an associate tutor in Biochemistry at the University of Sussex and a visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. My most recent full time post was Lecturer in Science at West Herts College. In this post, I taught Biology and chemistry at level 2 (GCSE), level 3 (BTEC, A-level) and level 4 (Foundation degree).
