Information about Sukhleen
I understand all students have different needs and learning styles and being an experienced teacher I can adapt my teaching accordingly. Some students struggle to learn/understand in big groups and hence they may need individual support. I show empathy towards students, which makes them feel confident and encourages them to ask questions and this improves their learning. I also teach students to take responsibility of their learning and time management, as these skills are very important to be successful in GCSE/A-level, as they are studying various subjects simultaneously. I also help students improve their exam techniques as this is needed for achieving higher. I can also advice students about jobs, apprenticeships and university applications.

Experience: I am a biologist with a post graduation in Biochemistry and molecular biology.I have been teaching for 15 years, most of it in a sixth form college. I can teach A level biology, BTEC science and GCSE biology and physics.

A level Biology
Sukhleen managed to identified the areas that my daughter was struggling with quite quickly and focused on these areas to build up her confidence, we soon started to see an improvement in her class test results and my daughter willingness to answer questions in class.
Sukhleen set regular homework/tests and was happy to cover anything that my daughter had not understood in her previous biology lesson.
If you are looking for a tutor with an excellent knowledge of Biology, reliable and hard working than I don`t think you can go wrong with Sukhleen.
Our only regret is that we didn`t find this tutor sooner.
