I am Karen, a certified Coach with over twenty years experience of coaching and mentoring. My knowledge of the mind, body connection is central to the success of my clients. Wellbeing is at the heart of my personal and professional life and I believe that physical and mental wellness go hand in hand. My coaching empowers you to take charge of your emotions, your thoughts, your actions and your future.
