I am a PhD (Engineering Doctorate) qualified Chemical Engineer working as a Research Engineer. I am highly motivated to help students with their work and to help them achieve great results.

I am methodical and thorough. I can also explain difficult concepts in different ways to help them understand and remember these concepts far better. I believe that after the theory is well understood, practice is key. Therefore, I am happy to work through exercises and past exam questions together with the student.

I am fully bilingual in French as I have lived and studied there for eight years. Therefore, I am able to give French lessons.

Availability: Weekday evenings after 6pm. Weekends.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I have been a tutor to many A-level and high school students during my time as an undergraduate and PhD student at university. I have taught Maths, Science and French. I have helped them achieve excellent grades. I have also motivated and mentored students from a Grammar school in work related to a Chemical Engineering project which is known as the Engineering Education Scheme (EES).
