A native of Northern Spain, I have been living in the UK for the last decade. I hold a BA in English Literature and Linguistics (2011) and a MLitt in Creative Writing (2014) and I am currently working towards a second MA in Teaching (Master del Profesorado).

Availability: I am available to teach Online. Monday to Sunday, morning or afternoon.

Experience: For the last five years I have worked at an inner London comprehensive secondary school, teaching Spanish at GCSE and A-level. At my school, not only I have been able to develop my teaching skills but have consistently been obtaining outstanding GCSE and A-level results (V.A.+2 in my GCSE class of 2019). At A-level I have wide experience of teaching literature/film; the two more frequent ones being: "La casa de Bernarda Alba" and "El Coronel no tiene quien le escriba, and "El laberinto del Fauno" and "Volver". I am familiar with the other texts and films and can teach them too.

Prior to this, I taught Spanish language at the University of Glasgow. I have also taught Spanish as well as English (EAL) and Latin at other secondary schools internationally.
