I am an English graduate, playwright, and published poet with over 15 years’ writing experience. Alongside my creative work, I have spent six years supporting students in secondary schools (Years 7–11), specialising in literacy, drama, and English. I am passionate about helping young people unlock confidence in reading, writing, and critical thinking, whether through exam preparation, homework support, or creative exploration.

I offer English tutoring for KS3 and KS4 (GCSE level), including revision and mock exam preparation, with particular expertise in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.

Available weekday evenings. (£35–£40 per hour) I have a basic DBS Certificate (Cerificate Number 001257480195)

Experience: Secondary School Learning Mentor & SEN Support (2016–2020) – Provided one-to-one and group tuition in English and literacy, supporting KS3–KS4 students with additional needs. Tutored Year 8–11 students online during lockdown, helping with GCSE English Language and Literature revision, homework, and confidence-building.

Creative Writing & Drama Facilitator – Over 15 years’ experience as a published poet, playwright, and theatre-maker. I regularly run creative writing and drama workshops for young people and adults, including SpeakEasy Page-to-Stage workshops with Black Lives Natter CIC.

GCSE Exam Preparation – Specialised in coaching students through English Language and Literature, including Shakespeare, poetry, and essay-writing skills.
