Information about Charles
Passionate engineer, rocket scientist and mathematics mentor. I specialise in GCSE and A-Level mathematics.
My informal mentoring style has proven successful when mentoring a class of GCSE Maths students at Loughborough College. Often the greatest barrier to your learning is fear in the classroom. Learning at home, in a more informal environment, can make a huge difference.
I have experienced first-hand how frustrating it can be when you don`t understand a topic or maths problem. I want to help you to understand maths, apply your understanding, and enjoy the subject.
I am available to mentor students in a wide variety of mathematics topics, how to think differently, and how to use a variety of tactics to solve questions.
Availability: I am flexible with timings, available in Loughborough until July 2018. I have an active schedule but can accommodate evening lessons around my Lacrosse training commitments. Happy to discuss mutually convenient timing and remote lessons.

Charlie is really helpful and patient, and as an aerospace engineering student, has really engaged my son in real world applications for maths and further maths. Highly recommended.
