I bring to the table 15 years of invaluable teaching experience in Secondary mainstream schools, driven by a sincere and enthusiastic passion for education - I want children to thrive and to do well in life
I also know what examiners are looking for as an experienced examiner for AQA English Language Paper 1 and 2.
My lessons are thoroughly prepared: resources are devised in advance. Texts are explained with clear and thorough comments and every lesson activity is designed to help to meet every student’s individual needs.
I focus on areas of the curriculum that each student requests, be that AQA or Edexcel.
I share model examples of how to write essays and share all resources with the student (if lessons are online they are sent by email.) Consequently, my students achieve outstanding exam results and reach their full potential.

Availability: Monday-Tuesday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Whether it`s analysing literary classics or mastering language skills, I am proficient in teaching a diverse range of academic texts. I understand that success isn`t just about what you know but how you apply it, and that`s where I excel.

Moreover, I`ve proudly served as an AQA examiner, which has given me unique insights into exam strategies and assessment criteria. I deliver planned and prepared lessons that are student centered and focus on clarifying complex concepts, so that they are more accessible.
