I am a fully qualified Science teacher who has been involved in secondary Science education for over ten years. I was a teacher in the state system, an examiner and moderator for an exam board, and was the Science coordinator for a national training company.

I provide bespoke sessions based on the individual student`s needs and ambitions. My initial objective is to help the students improve their self confidence and self belief. I will show them they can `do Science` and then we will work towards their goals. Sessions are enjoyable and engaging and enable students to see their own progress, whilst also honing in on exam skills and improving revision techniques.

Most students have been coming to me to help improve their exam results. I have acquired exam board specific resources to assist with this. Preparing for GCSEs and A Levels is about learning several new languages. You have to learn the languages of each of the sciences you are learning, but also the language of the exams! Each are unique and why it can be so challenging to prepare for these exams on your own. Students benefit from an experienced tutor that is proficient in all of these languages.
