I grew up with a sibling with special needs and wanted to learn more about how I could support them with their learning and development. I always enjoyed learning maths and from a young age, would try to share what I knew with them. In a short space of time, I became curious about how others processed number and later on, other branches of maths.
My own experience at secondary school was challenging. Having attended an inner London school as a pupil, I witnessed different behaviour management techniques and could see firsthand how impactful they were or not.
These events led me to realise that I wanted to teach maths and have been doing so for over 11 years.

Availability: Monday to Wednesday 10am-2pm.
Thursdays and Fridays 10am-6pm.
Flexible times on weekends.

Experience: A qualified teacher with over 11 years teaching experience in inner London and a former Key Stage 3 Maths Lead at a highly reputable secondary school. I have been tutoring for a year online and in-person. Alongside this, I now support primary schools by providing cover across all year groups.
