Information about Federica
I am an MSc in Epidemiology and Statistics graduate from the University of Oxford, with years of experience working in the healthcare sector. I have previously graduated from King`s College London with a First Class Honours in Global Health and Social Medicine (BSc) and have returned to academia to study Graduate-Entry Medicine (BM BCh) at the University of Oxford.
I like to focus my tutoring on question-answering techniques and analytical strategies - two essential components of any subject. Being capable of expressing one`s ideas can be challenging, so gathering thoughts, organizing them into a coherent argument, and expressing them clearly is essential. I hope to teach the strategies to do so in an enjoyable learning environment. I am available for the following tutoring services:
- Written/read/spoken English (including proofreading/editing)
- Biology (core scientific principles and argument development for essays)
- Health and social care (public health, health policy, healthcare science, epidemiology and statistics)
- University and professional applications (personal statement, covering letter, CV, interview practice)
I am keen to engage students of any age, and will adapt my tutoring to the needs and priorities of each. Please get in touch with any queries!
