I am a qualified Secondary Maths teacher (PGCE from The University of Exeter) with a Ph.D. in Bio-Nanotechnology (Imperial College, London). I have been tutoring students of all ages and abilities in and around Dorchester for the past 12 years.

My philosophy is to help children and young people to become confident in Maths so that they develop a love for learning. As a native French speaker, I also offer French tuition for primary and secondary students.

Tuition is tailored for all abilities.

Virginie is a great tutor and provides very useful feedback. She has increased my daughter`s enjoyment of maths - something she herself probably thought she`d never say. As well as obviously being excellent in the subject, Virginie is very organised and patient and the on-line lessons have been going really well. Highly recommend!

Virginia, is a lovely lady. She is very calm in her working manner and put my son at ease immediately. She explains things it great depth, making sure her student has full understanding and I wouldn`t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to other students.
