Hi, I`m Laura! Last year I graduated with a 2:1 in Biological Sciences from Cardiff University, and I am due to complete my studies for my MSc in Global Ecology and Conservation this September.
I hold a current DBS certificate.

Experience: Throughout my time at school, I supported younger students with their learning. My own experience at school and university has exposed me to a variety of teaching styles which allows me to adapt to the needs of my students.
My teaching approach is student-led, starting with identifying topics that the student is finding difficult and beginning by working on them in a way that suits the student`s individual learning style. I am able to follow whichever exam board`s curriculum that the student is taking, and work through it at a comfortable yet efficient pace. My aim is to be as flexible and accommodating to the student`s needs; this can include covering specific problem areas, homework reviews or pre-assessment revision.
