Online, or I can travel to you if you’re within 5 miles of central London. I can tutor any humanities subject from KS3 through A-Level (English lit, history, politics, RS, philosophy and ethics, etc.) Also able to help you out if you’re studying politics, international relations, philosophy or history at undergrad degree level. I’m reliable, fun, empathetic, observant of and attentive to people’s particular needs. I also teach the drums, and I’m in a metal band! Avid surfer as well.

John is an inspirational tutor. We were really impressed with how at ease he was with our daughter and gently encouraged her to do well in her essay writing. He has a gentle and nurturing approach and at the same time motivating my daughter to do her best. He also presented the History A level topic in a very knowledgeable and interesting way. We are grateful to John for giving our daughter a boost.
