Katelyn

I am a young, well educated Irish woman currently studying for an MA in English Literature. I would like to teach classes in English alongside my studies. I am a published poet so I can also help those who are interested in creative writing as well as those who are studying for examinations. I am based in Plymouth (close to the city centre). I am available for at-home tutoring or in a public area such as the library or a café if this is more convenient. My time is flexible so I am able to work with a wide variety of age groups. I am a kind, friendly, and open-minded teacher, I look forward to working with you.

Availability: I am available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at any time of the day.

Experience: Having recently achieved a 1st class Honours in English and Creative writing, and currently undertaking an MA programme in English Literary Studies, I am enthusiastic about tutoring others to achieve their full potential. I have previous experience teaching English as a foreign language to groups of university-level students. Furthermore I have experience teaching Speech and Drama to children ranging from 4 years to 10 years of age. I am a published poet so I can also help those who are interested in creative writing as well as those who are studying for examinations.
