Information about Henry

My Name is Henry and I am an experienced Online Tutor. My clients range from year 1 primary school children to English degree students. I deliver my sessions using excellent video conferencing software. This programme is web-based and so does not require the student to download any special software.

Maths
The programme isolates modules such as Division, Multiplication, Fractions, Probability, Ratios, Graphs, Percentages, Area, Units of Measurement, and so on. I have devised techniques for making information `Stick` and, I ensure that each module is fully understood before moving onto the next.

English
My programme is a reading-based. I read with students taking turns, page by page and then later discussing aspects of the books verbally and in the form of essays and questionnaires. We Read classics together such as `Animal Farm` by George Orwell, and `The Pearl` by John Steinbeck. I am tactful with my corrections and I issue weekly homework assignments which I appraise in my own time. My English students quickly become more articulate and develop the ability to understand more complex texts.

I am highly experienced and have have 9 years of experience as a Primary School teacher, 7 years as a Secondary School Teacher, 2 Years as a FE teacher and 11 years as a one to one private tutor.

My fees are £45 per hour and I am available from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 7 pm.
Please let me know if you would like to arrange an evaluation session and I will make the booking

Kind Regards Henry

Experience: This is my eleventh year as a personal tutor and I have a 100% success rate with all of my young students attaining, or exceeding the targeted level at both SAT and GCSE stage. A great SAT score in year 6 in Primary School is vital. In my experience, this single score sets the tempo for all future learning. (KS3) (GCSE) (A-Level) (Degree and onwards) If you take the time now to ensure that your child has an exceptional work ethic at this stage, you will benefit them immeasurably. The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) metric is by far the most significant indicator of the ability of a child, and every effort must be made to ensure that this figure is as high as it can possibly be prior to entry to Secondary school.
