Information about Richard
I am currently a Business Developer in Molecular biology products for a large international company supplying diagnostic tests and and equipment into NHS laboratories. My background is in Microbiology having spent 14 years in NHS laboratories as a biomedical scientist.
I have a MSC on clinical microbiology and a BSC in Biomedical Science.
Over the last 18 months or so with all the lockdowns and home schooling it has reignited my desire to take on tutoring again having stopped when my first child arrived.

Experience: I have extensive experience of tutoring having done so for 3 years previously until the arrival of my son. I tutored a number of individuals at various levels from year 7 up to students taking their GCSE`s in both maths and science.
In a professional manner, in my current role I help to mentor other members within my team in the area of molecular biology. Previously helped to train and mentor staff within the laboratory be environment and help them gain state registration and practice as a biomedical scientist within the NHS.
