I have 2 years experience teaching children film making skills such as developing stories and structuring narratives, setting up cameras for basic filming and editing using Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. Allowing them to produce their own entertaining and educational films.

I offer remote lessons of 1 hour a week for secondary school children and above who have a passion for film and are keen to hone their production skills for GCSEs, A levels, University or just for fun!

I have a masters in Science Media Production from Imperial college and predominantly make science documentaries and therefore try to ensure all films are educational as well as entertaining. I try to tailor all lessons to the students personal interests, whether this is making Youtube films using Minecraft gameplay or creating shark conservation shorts using open source, online footage; I feel this makes learning more enjoyable and students produce better films as a result.

Experience: I am an Assistant Producer with 3 years experience developing and making TV shows for the world`s biggest broadcasters such as Netflix, Disney and National Geographic. I believe film and TV is increasingly important in communicating science and information. I want to teach the next generation how to be quality and responsible film makers, best preparing them for successful careers and other educational endeavours.
