I am a fully qualified, experienced Maths teacher, currently working part-time at a School in Bath, where I am the KS5 co-ordinator. I love Maths and have over 20 years teaching experience at GCSE and A level. I enjoy seeing my students progress to the next level or understand something for the first time and I use a variety of methods to help them achieve their goals. My students say of me that I am calm and patient and that I explain things in a way that helps them to understand Maths. My aim is to prepare students for their exams by building their self esteem and confidence in Maths.

Availability: From September I will be available evenings during term time and occasional afternoons. I also tutor during some school holidays. I now do online tutoring via zoom, but am also offering face to face tuition at my home in Frome. I am happy to do whichever suits the student most.

Willing to travel: 2 miles

Experience: Over 20 years classroom teaching experience in three different schools. Private tuition of students through secondary, including A level.
