I am a teacher and tutor with over 10 years experience, specialising particularly in Key Stage 2 teaching (7-11 year olds). I understand the curriculum very well and I have a great working relationship with all of my pupils. This is built on trust, creativity and fun. I have taught large groups of children (sometimes 55 in a class) but I am also used to coaching smaller groups of children and individuals who need extra support. Over the years I have taught in schools, I have supported children with a variety of special needs and I find enormous satisfaction in helping my pupils to achieve their maximum potential. I now focus on one-to-one tutoring, helping to improve the confidence and understanding of my pupils.
I would be happy and comfortable to tutor any of the key subjects in the primary curriculum and beyond. Whether you are looking for fine-tuning certain skills, catching up in key areas or support with tests, I am willing to tailor to your needs.
In summary, if you are looking for a committed teacher who is extremely enthusiastic, hard-working and loves teaching, then I am your man.
