I am a music teacher specialised in saxophone, Uilleann pipes and Galician pipes but I also teach another instruments for beginners like piano, guitar, ukelele. I have always been passionate about music, so I started my formal education in 2009 with the objective of helping people discover their passion for music and instruments.
I studied a few years in my hometown in Argentina and I play different music styles, specially classical and popular music like tango.
I have experience teaching groups of kids from ages 2 to 8. My way of approaching toddler`s lessons is creating a whole musical experience from the start of the lesson until the end, combining different nursery rhymes, to keep them entertained and interested in what is happening, with some basic approach to the notes and the different sound they can make and how to recognise them. For older kids I usually combine technique with entertainment, asking the kids about their favourite songs so they can learn how to play them and have fun while they learn. For adult lessons I usually adapt to the level of knowledge of the student and his or her reason to study the instrument. In that way I can make a very flexible lesson depending on the other person`s needs.
