Hello! I`m Diana and my favourite subject is chemistry! I love everything about this science and even though it can be difficult to understand for beginners, I guarantee that it is very rewarding! I can tutor you in all Chemistry branches and help you develop your knowledge easily. I have been studying Chemistry for 7 years now and, at the moment, I am a Chemistry undergraduate at Imperial College London. During these years I have built a strong knowledge, but I have also learned useful tricks for a faster understanding and I have come across a lot of valuable information, text books and details. I am friendly, patient and dedicated to my pupils, so I hope I can help you as well!

I focus on teaching my students how to approach every topic logically so that they understand the facts instead of just memorising what they have to learn.
I combine theory teaching with practice problem sheets and tests, so I make sure pupils have grasped what I explained them. A fair amount of homework will be given to help pupils practice the topics so that they don`t forget what they learnt.

Every lesson would have this structure:
1. Questions and answers about the previous lesson, homework check
2. Teaching and explaining the theory for a new topic, making use of many examples
3. Practice problems on the topic discussed previously
4. Establishing homework details and next session`s topic

I also give students periodic tests covering more lessons, to check what they understand and what they still have to work on.
I give feedback to students and parents after each session.

Availability: I am available during weekdays and weekends as well. I am willing to suit the pupil`s schedule as well as possible.

Experience: I have tutored many pupils who wanted to participate in the Romanian National Chemistry Olympiad. My former Chemistry teacher can confirm that, as well as the outstanding results some of my students obtained.
Also, I have myself took part in the competitions mentioned above for 5 consecutive years and I have always been ranked in the national top 10, and in the last 2 years, I was considered as a possible candidate for the International Chemistry Olympiad. In order to gain these results, I have studied hard, especially individually, so I have developed the ability to explain and teach(first, to myself, and then to others).
Not last, in my final high school examination, I have obtained the maximum score in Chemistry, 10 out of 10.
