Information about John
I have a BSc Mathematics degree and a PGCE in Mathematics. I teach at A-Level and GCSE maths at a sixth form college in Manchester.
Availability: Available Mon-Thurs weeknights (post 16:30)
Willing to travel: 8 miles
Experience: I have been teaching for 6years, 5 of which have been at a sixth form college where I have gained experience delivering the GCSE programme and A-Level maths. I have tutored many students over the years, with varying ability, getting them through the GCSE exam and securing high grades. I have also tutored A-Level Maths students and KS3 students. I am also an examiner for the Edexcel exam board. As a result of this I am very familiar with mark schemes and know what is expected when it comes to answering a question.
