I offer bespoke tuition in English, English Literature and language at GCSE and A Level. I have taught in a variety of settings and pride myself on re-engaging students who have lost a love of learning as well as those who are aiming for excellence. In my most recent post I was responsible for developing material to meet the new 9-1 Assessment KS4 criteria - so my professional knowledge is up to date and informed. I
In my professional career I have been an actor, a producer, a writer and latterly a teacher (of 10 years) and I bring this wealth of knowledge to my tutoring practice. Sessions are tailored for individual students depending on need (including those with SEN requirements).
I am also a qualified LAMDA tutor, specialising in the Speaking of Verse and Prose, Acting and Public Speaking for over 10 years. Small groups or one to one sessions considered.
Availability: Afternoons and mornings during the week. Some evenings upon request.

Stef works with enthusiasm and imagination. My son is a reluctant student and although he would disagree he finds it hard to get started. But he actually looked forward to his lessons with Stef! Stef worked with him during his KS3 year and his results improved considerably which was fantastic. We would have no hesitation recommending Stef.
