Hello, my name is Jessica. I am an Italian-Brazilian, born and raised in Italy and currently, living in the UK (Manchester). Since I was a child, thanks to my Italian teacher, I have been passionate about reading and I have developed a keen interest in words, in their power and in the beauty particularly inherent in my mother tongue, Italian.

I am here to offer Italian classes for those who want to learn or improve this language for study, business, holidays or, are simply moved by love to make it a hobby.
Moreover, I believe my knowledge of other languages: Portuguese (Brazilian), English, Spanish and French (these last validated by linguistic high school diploma), may help to support understanding and assimilation of another language.
I also have a master’s degree in Philosophy, another of my greatest passions, and if anyone turns out to be interested in it, we can discuss the possibility.
In regard to the teaching of the Italian language, it is initially important to have a conversation with the person concerned, in order to plan a personal, pleasant and effective learning process in according to their needs, goals and level.

I consider it essential and very helpful to put people at their ease, being sympathetic to the many and inevitable mistakes that each of us makes when approaching a new language, and by encouraging to overcome them with great patience, determination, openness and positivity.
